MISSION-DRIVEN

We redefine book publishing by partnering with authors to increase their reach, grow their platform, and generate greater returns from book sales, speaking engagements, and brand development. Our approach is Mission-Driven Publishing™—we focus on helping authors achieve their overall mission, not solely by generating revenue from books, but by sharing both the risk and reward as our authors build their brand and impact. Our team includes not just experienced and talented editors, book developers, and publishers but also successful authors and speakers who understand firsthand the needs and opportunities generated from a more global, author-focused approach.

Unlike the traditional method of publishing, which treats books as commodities, we follow a mission-driven, high-fidelity model. “High fidelity” means that our books are distinctive, exclusive, and have a unique brand identity. “Mission-Driven” means our publications are part of a larger strategy to build relationships with target audiences, develop long-term engagement with them, and maintain control over pricing and distribution (which avoids anonymous transactions that yield minimal to no future engagement). Our books avoid market volatility and costly returns (which for authors often turn profits into losses).


We provide the following services necessary to create and propagate core messages through the written word:

BOOK DEVELOPMENT

  • Craft and streamline publications to increase reach and income, with special attention to business growth
  • Develop content (ghostwriting, developmental editing, copyediting) with the expressed intent of engaging audience and contributing to the author’s overall mission and impact
  • Produce books (design and layout for print and electronic) that draw people into the public speaker’s sphere

BUSINESS & BRAND DEVELOPMENT

  • Openly share proven philosophies and approaches to help authors attract audiences and generate business
  • Develop strategies that best connect publications with speaking engagements to boost both income and reach
  • Provide additional resources to grow the public speaker’s program (e.g., blogs, newsletters, etc.)

MISSION-DRIVEN PUBLISHING & ANONYMOUS TRANSACTION MODELS

  • Provide creative methods of printing and delivering books
  • Strategically develop editions for various distribution methods to maximize reach and revenue
